For breakfast each day, I make a Smoothie in a simple blender: Banana, apple, almonds, sunflower seeds, 12 frozen grapes, 4 oz raw milk, 12 oz water, parsley, 1 or 2 leaves romain lettuce, tspn of spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, one raw egg (cage free), tbsn of coconut oil, tspn ice tea mix. Mix two mins.
